    Right. Charged with THIRD DEGREE MURDER (depraved indifference) and MANSLAUGHTER. The other three who watched aided and abetted have yet to be charged. That's step one. Step two? What jury will try and CONVICT a cop? Thank you for your reply and the link L and Happy Saturday! :)

    The three who stood by and watched are culpable and should be tried also.  To me, they were the ones who committed depraved indifference.

    We hit 80 yesterday, but it was very humid so it seemed warmer, but the sun was out.  Today it's much cooler - 67 degrees (feels like 72), less humid and sunny, but windier.  This is my kind of weather.  It doesn't have to get any warmer than this.  Happy Sunday. :)
