I thought all cops were charged with the job of "serving and protecting". Isn't that what they are trained to do?

How is that duty/obligation/oath served by murdering innocent black men? It happens muchly. Too muchly.

Queerly peculiar men are the ones who engage in it. How do queerly peculiar men pass any tests to be policemen? Are they not psychoanalyzed and tested and tested and tested and tested to see what manner of homo sap they be? Or are police departments so desperate for bodies they will take anything that breathes?
