Do you absolutely ABHOR surprises or ad libs or drop in folks who don't call in advance?
Me? I plan. I schedule. I like to have things to look foward to within my control.
Too much of life is out of our control. They hit and we have to deal with it never once having been informed or asked about any of it. Some folks love having folks drop by when they feel like it without letting them know in advance they'll be dropping by or better yet ASKING IF IT IS CONVENIENT OR WHEN WOULD BE A BETTER TIME TO FOR A VISIT? That shows respect for me and my time and my plans and what is convenient for me. The other? I HATE IT.
