If Cops handed out spankings instead of bullets, what section of the.population would get the most spankings?

Would there be some of us braking the law and getting pulled over on purpose?

    I am scratching my cabesa here.    Do I know you?   I will give you support.  I love the passive/aggressive, hidden sarcasm veiled in extreme mannerly and polite musing approach.  I do.   It was the "spanking" thing that made me queasy.
