Just Telling ya Just Asking.... I cannot: Get on any chat. I get a message saying I have a chat request and I cannot get past that popup.

1.  Cannot download any new avatar.   I am not a Mug Picture Person. 
2.  Cannot get on chat.  There is not even a prompt for me.
3.  Doesn't work on laptop or phone
4.  What are you using to save your pics?
Maybe I should try another avenue.

Oh Lord the troubles I am seeing. 

I haven't even tried to download a picture on the answers but the video works fine for me.

  • I am having the same problem.
    My chat window will come up and will accept typing, but it won't send to a recipient.
