Give them all MEDALS OF FREEDOM posthumously retroactively all the way back to Brutus! I know. Brutus betrayed julius Caesar. America did not exist then.

But why not honor ALL TRAITORS..Judas perhaps too? Why stop at domestic when foreign has such a longer history of treason traitors?
