Why is there no YEARLY limit to the number of Executive Orders allowed? An EO is an endrun around what is RIGHT. Are you a fan?

    There's no limit, because the President is the head of every federal agency.
    As the Chief Executive of every federal agency ... how many EOs would be "more than enough"?

    It's the fault of Congress that they have historically allowed any EO to be used as an "end run" around laws.

    Are you telling me that Congress could put a stop to it if they had the cajones the spine and presence of mind to do so? And they REFUSE to do so? Because? Thank you for your reply Walt! AARRGGHH! :(

    Here's the flip side ... they actually took Trump to court to prevent him from ending an Obama-era EO that was illegal.
    DAACA.
    That was an Executive Order telling the ICE agency NOT to enforce federal laws against a certain group of people.
    AND the Supreme Court ruled against Trump - meaning they ruled in favor of allowing illegal EO to stand.

    So if there is blame to be placed for "dictatorship through Executive Order" ... a large part of it can be placed with Congress and SCOTUS.
