In 2006 a cop was fired for intervening to stop another cop from choking a handcuffed black man. She was black and the choker cop was white. She also lost her pension. Cariol Horne in Buffalo. The vic was Neal Mack and the choker cop was Gregory Kwiatkowski.
Since George Floyd's murder and the worldwide protest against racism and police brutality her case is being reviewed and she may get her pension.
Question is how much firings have occurred?
Question is what is the obligation of one cop who sees another cop doing the wrong thing?
