We knew this when he was running for prez. We knew this the day he took the oath which to date he has not kept. We knew this every day from day one. We knew this so we impeached him. We knew this so SCOTUS SMACKED HIM DOWN TWICE IN ONE WEEK. He keeps getting smacked down and he can't believe it so he keeps doing/saying outrageous and will keep getting smacked down.
He must be a MASOCHIST or insane. Remember insanity is when you keep doing the same expecting different results.Masochists love pain and will go out of the their to GOAD others to hurt them.
