Joe is too old to run in 2024. We know that and he knows that. So whomever he picks will be the Dem 2024 candidate. Now she could pick a white man which in a way be super scrumptious but she could also pick another African American woman. Who might possibly be LGBTQ. Or maybe a Native American or possibly someone from China. The world will be hers to choose whomever she wishes.
