No. Know why? Because while there for her "free" shot the medical folks suggested other tests because of all the possible damage due to side effects. She assumed those tests would be free too. No one told her they would be charged to her.
I think she is not alone. Is that fair? Should she have known everything else would have cost? I dunno. She didn't ask and they didn't offer.
