Solutions do not always or even often reside in ONE head. That is why we have meetings. To use one another as sounding boards. The arrogance of thinking one alone can solve something every time? Ridikkalus!
Now of course someone might have a viable solution. But someone else might have a better one or ask a question that leads to discussion that reaches a better goal.
