A Department of JUSTICE that is widely know for only ever committing unjust acts.
We could call it the Department of Injustice but that is much too easy and very simplistic. Something the mediocre ordinary typical averages would settle upon having no imagination creativity or inventiveness. We need something with a bit of depth a dash of subtlety a soupcon of wit.
