Is it Bad Form to Post Questions Which Gripe About a Free Service?

I certainly think so. If we were paid members I might have a different 'tude, but to publicly complain about a service one gets for free seems a bit shabby to me. :-)

    I agree.  Letting JA know about problems with access and operation isn't necessarily griping though......just making that distinction.

    Also agreed, but there's a way to post complaints/suggestions which don't involve publicly posting 'questions.'  See that Feedback slider on the left-center side of the page? :-)
