Probably Malibu, Bel Air, Beverly hills, Palm Springs.

Where do the snooty spoiled brat obscenely wealthy snobs gather in your neck of the woods?

    Not all wealthy folks are snobs or spoiled brats. Perhaps if you actually knew any as individuals, you wouldn't blindly make such a biased generalization.

    The wealthy congregate where it is the best. 

    The wealthy seem to be snooty, snobbish and spoiled to the “poor” because of their lifestyle.  Being wealthy doesn’t necessarily mean a person is (or will be) snobbish.  Many appear this way as those who are not in their class can’t identify with them.  If the poor had the same money, they too would seem snooty, snobbish and spoiled.
