Allegedly according to the New York Times der speiglebum wanted to have the BRITISH OPEN held at his Scottish golf course. It lost one million dollars and is a seedy place so der spieglebum needs big bucks to keep it afloat.
Now the US Ambassador to the U.K. is a fatcat rich boy who got the job as a quid pro quo for contributing bigly to der spieglebum's campaign. He did as he was ordered. Tried to get the British Open to Turnberry per demand. Most INAPPROPRIATE but typical for der speig. Where that demand stands right now is unknown. I doubt very bigly that the Brits will roll over and boy down to der speiglebum. Another black mark on his record of self-promotion self-serving selfish. More to come? Dam* straight there is.
