Allegedly some of the mystery meat camouglaged thugs terrorizing Portland, Oregon are contract hires. What do we pay them to terrify?

I guess we don't have enough mystery meat men employed so we have to go outside to the contract hires and lure them with the big bucks and the right to baton beat or tear gas or pepper spray American citizens. Who would not get off on that? The best of the best of the best right? Takes a special person to do that job. SPESHUL they all yar.
