He should have reacted immediately when he first heard about COVID 19 way back in December or January. Today is July 24. His reaction time was by far the slowest of any "leader" in the world. Embarrassingly humiliatingly DEAD slow.
There is something very wrong with him in that regard.
If he drives a car he will kill someone since he is slow as molasses in signaling or reacting.
