Lacking the ability to think in the abstract leads to rigidity inflexibility (same thing) and no capacity to relate to others in any way. Incapable of empathy or sympathy or caring. Not a choice. These people will only ever be what they are. Wanting to change never occurs to them. That they need to change or should change is not in their wheelhouse so to speak.
This is among the common characteristics of authoritarian autocratic dictators. A shared bond among them from birth? Where does it come from that it occurs all over the world?
