The $600/week LIFELINE for the unemployed expired Friday July 31. The Republican Senators left Washington on Thursday for their long weekend having done NOTHING. When they finally return and get their rears in gear and agree on something ($200/week replacing $600?) it will take weeks.
So they are LITERALLY nickel and diming the unemployed to death. Right before your eyes. Loud and proud and defiant and hostile. Cheapskate deadbeats in their own right but are fat and sassy and not hurting at all so now you see how little any Republicans care about anyone?
