    Will Rogers had a "personality". President Barack Obama has a "personality". Former President Ronald Reagan had a "personality". The pandemic pumpkina** has none. Having a "personality" requires the person to be able to poke fun at him or herself. A jully good sense of humor. The ability to relax smile enjoy. The pandemic pumpkina** has none of that so no it isn't his personality. He doesn't have one. It is what he says and what he does and what he refuses to say and what he refuses to do. Everything about him is offensive corrupt cold heartless uncaring. No personality detectable. In my opinion of course. Thank you for your reply Durdle. :)
