Yep. It's perfectly OK with me. This whole macabre charade has been a quasi-amusing dog and pony show from the very beginning. I've never expected anything different. I truly pity those who actually thought this was a serious contest where an alternative underdog had any chance in hell.
If by now you haven't been solidly convinced that America's 'electoral process' is a monstrous farce, you never will be.
Just whose drum do you think candidates are supposed to beat, their own or the opposition? Is it ok with me? I wouldn't have it or want it any other way.
