You KNOW if you were literally drowning the folks who disliked you would just stand there and cheer. Why would you help any of them?

They would not lift a finger to save you.

But you would try to save them.

People! What are you going to do with them? You don't even treat them as they treat you. You go out of your way to help them even while they are trying to harm you. What sense does that make? How is that LOGICAL?
