What's the harm in eating partially hydrogenated and hydrogenated oils in foods?

They contain TRANS FATS
TRANS FATS raise LDL levels (BAD CHOLESTEROL) and lower HDL levels (GOOD CHOLESTEROL)

In so doing they raise the risk of HEART ATTACKS, STROKES and are linked to TYPE 2 DIABETES.

But hey you like the taste of the foods they're in right? At least you know what you are eating and what that is doing to your body. RUSSIAN ROULETTE with food. A TWOFER!.
