Have any of you noticed the slowing down of mail delivery in the last "certain period of time"? Have your suffered any of the following?

Delayed delivery of medications you get via the mail
Past-due notices on bills you paid and mailed in "timely" fashion

Can you account for it or is it a puzzlement to you?
