At birth (probably at the moment of conception) some are straight some are curved and some are pretzelized. Once born can they change?

Of what do I speak SPECIFICALLY?

Honesty
Character
Integrity
Kindness
Humor
Fairness
HUMANITY

The pretzelized would have a lot of work to do so that may be out of the question. The curved might straightened out over time to "do the right thing". The straight arrows? They are the truthspeakers who carry the light of knowledge who always have a helping hand to help those who are not as gifted or kind.
