The loss of a previously held ability to speak or understand spoken or written language due to disease or injury of the brain.
My stepdad suffered from it after a terrible motorcycle accident. He chattered away smiling all the while and no one could understand a word he said. It was very sad and not his fault.
Well if APHASIA it be then the constant gibberish spoken by pandemic pumpkina** isn't his fault. He doesn't know we can't make sense of anything he says. His adoring worshippers and toady sycophants will never tell him because they are terrified of his reaction. It is what it is and that is all that is.
