There are great listeners, good listeners and very lousy listeners. The lousy ones never hear a word you say. WHY?

Because they are otherwise occupied with thinking about how they can one up you and attack you and insult you and get the "better" of you.

Perfect in the "head" of a country don't you think? Lousy listening is a prerequisite to leading country in dictator authoritarian despot FASCIST fashion. Everyone says so. What could it hurt?
