You are one heck of a cutie pie but I expect you've heard that before. I know. It's just a mechanized life we lead now. Tuesdays and Thursdays we go to market and do errands or whatever. As things come up we have Mondays Wednesdays Fridays to do them. Two things seem to be happening every day. Stripping the bed (Sundays) and taking out the trash barrels (Wednesdays for Thursday morning pickup). It seems every day now is either Sunday or Wednesday! We laugh about it but it's kinda weird. What I do sometimes is forget to whom I'm talking on the mug. So I will call someone by the wrong name and not realize it until later if I happen to go back for some reason. So what are ya gonna do? We're in for some he**ish weather in Hemet. Today will only be 101 but Saturday and Sunday? 112! AARRGGHH! :( Thank you for your reply L! :)Oh yesterday our electricity went out a 1:19 pm and came back about 2:13. I went across the street to our neighbor who called it in. Jim's cell phone was acting so weird. I wonder if shomeone it is attached in some way to electricity? Any they are on a differemt power grid and theirs was on.She said thought maybe they were making a repair to our power grid and had to shut it done. I don't but for sure I know being without electricity during this heat wave would be terrible.

I don't have specific days that I do things. Much of it depends lately on how bad my sciatica acts up. I've had this problem before, but not to the same extent. Had an MRI done which shows age-related degeneration of the lumbar discs. I'll be seeing a specialist in a couple of weeks to see what, if anything short of surgery, might help. When I see I'm running out of food, I make a supermarket run.
The weather here has been up and down with heat and humidity. Yesterday the temperature and the humidity were the same 74%. Very uncomfortable. It's 76 right now with 53% humidity and a nice little breeze. No A/C needed so far. We are in for some rain later tonight.
So sorry to hear about your electric problems. During the last heat wave here, Con Edison emailed us that they were cutting the power 8%. I emailed them back and asked them if they were reducing my cost per watt by 8%. Believe it or not, a representative from Con Ed called me to explain why they do that. I told them I know why they do it, but not why they don't reduce the cost if they reduce the power. We had a nice conversation even though nothing changed. :) Jim's phone issue could have been the result of the power outage affecting the cell towers. I can only imagine how difficult it must be with no A/C in that heat. Do you have cooling centers where you can go? We have them in NYC for those who don't have air conditioners and can't take the heat. They are usually at senior centers.
I'm not sure we have cooling centers but I will look into it L. We are very routine oriented and we kinda like doing certain things on the same day each week though of course when the unexpected comes up we adjust. It's like having a routine each day. I find it very comforting and so does Jim. I've always been a fan of routine. Structure. Planning. Knowing on what I can count on. Thank you for your reply L! :)
I used to be that way, but over the years, I've allowed myself the luxury of doing things when and if I want. I some ways, it's a good thing and in other ways, I've gotten to be more of a procrastinator.
Stock photo ops which are MEANINGLESS when he congratulates a QANON for winning an election and supports and refuses to condemn WHITE SUPREMACISTS and tells us "there are fine people on both sides". If you buy and are satisfied with fake phony made up photo ops fine. Your choice. He is the champion leader of WHITE SUPREMACISTS. They know it and they love him for it. You seem to be in the dark about it. Why that is I have no idea. Anyway he is a WHITE man fighting for WHITE privilege in a country he wants to made sure is as WHITE as white can be and he will fight for the suburbs to remain WHITE. WHITE IS RIGHT. You didn't know that? Surprising.
If you can't bother to hear/read/watch the whole of what he said about that then there is no point in talking to you. Taking little snippets of what Clown News Network edits for their agenda is very short sighted and shows some people are so consumed with hatred that they are really beyond hope. Surprising?? Nope!
