The dipsh** actually said to Bob Woodward "nothing more could have been done to stop the spread of the virus". Really?

Why is that every other country DID STOP THE SPREAD because the heads of those countries gave a sh** about the people DYING and the dipsh** was mocking ridiculing and lying instead of actively doing what he needed to do to STOP it?
