The dipsh** is the HEAD and the BIG CHEESE! HEAD CHEESE*?

*HEADCHEESE

A seasoned loaf made of the head meat sometimes including the tongue or brains of a calf or pig amd molded in the natrual aspic of the head.


Jellied I ask is what they mean like jello only colorless and unsugary.

Anyway ever tated headcheese?
