Isn't forcing "HERD IMMUNITY" premeditated MURDER? How many millions would die by doing that? How long would the herd immunity last?

Would we "herd immunity" every new virus/plague?

How many would be permanently seriously damaged and how many would die?

How does that make any sense at all?
