Since Donald the Duck claims to know more about anything and everything than anyone including experts and generals why didn't he stop IT?

Which IT? The virus of course.

Knowing more than the experts and the scientists it was up to him to fix it and he didn't. WHY? Does he lie about knowing more than anyone about everything including experts and scientists or does he really know more than they do and just wants people to die for the halibut? Something stinks.
