Why not make "equal" the unequal? What could it hurt? Why not give a two-person state the same weight as a thousand person state?

Each state is representated by TWO SENATORS.

In the little person state that gives one Senator for each inhabitant

In the big number person state that gives one Senator to represent 500 voices.  Tell me please how that is FAIR?

You can't. It isn't. It sucks.
