The unknown? The ASYMPTOMATIC folks who have the virus and spread it but have no symptoms so they don't have a clue and neither do you!
They may encounter dozens of people who have it every day and pass it along to those with whom they come in contact and never know they are a typhoid mary or maury.
Bottom line is you can't know what you don't know. So do you isolate yourself mask social distance 24/7 withut letting your guard down for anyone?
Engage with the wrong person and you could come ill, have damage to internal organs or even die. You will never know what hit you when or the source.
As I said how do you protect yourself from what you can't possibly know? It's a puzzlement.
