The house with a DEMOCRATIC MAJORITY? It needs the senate to confirm. Of course after the election the presidency the senate and the house may well all be DEMOCRATS in charge. Then the duck cabal et al will have weeks to do the utmost damage they can if anything is left to damage by then.
