Trump supporters are unphased by his ALLEGED sexual improprieties toward women. What if some were toward men? Would they be phased then?

What if Trump groped body parts of men and forcibly kissed them? What then?  Does sexual impropriety only matter according to gender? Or would his supporters continue to make excuses  because not supporting him is unimaginable to them, religion or no religion?
