Do most "conversations" consist of yadayadayadayada mindless chatter clatter that doesn't matter but "breaks" the silence?

How many conversations do YOU have that are substantive meaningful informative productive WORTHWHILE?
 How many are chatter blather gibberish? Repeatedly. Dependably. Assuredly?

Chatter blather gibberish is safe isn't it? Very safe. Is that why we the people immerse ourselves in it all the time? Escape to safe whatever it takes and stay there as long as it takes? Sheesh.
