    There is a clause that states that one can report their superior to their superior if their superior is  doing something wrong.  However, if your superior is as high as it goes, you're screwed.

    I wonder how often that occurs Shuhak and I expect when it does it is most often in the military? Or it could be cops. Of course the higher authority can always be whistleblowing to the PRESS! Of course then you become a target for hate from those who think you finked. But at least you know you did THE RIGHT THING. Thank you for your reply Shuhak! :)
