Was it a decision by a committee or by a single lone wolf despot dictator? Once decided was it a done deal or were there times when unwhites were more desirable? A murky past for something so allegedly important to society. Weird how monumental decisions like that are never clear cut or provable. I say "WHO SEZ SO" but to whom do I address that question? Puzzling and unsatisfying to never know from whence a thing comes. Isn't it?
