That's like saying being 6 feet tall is a preference or having a talent or a high IQ or being funny "is due to preference"!
No dumb dumb. It is NOT a preference. How can you not KNOW that? We are born. Nothing to do with our preference. Sometimes our parents did not prefer it either but well they had sex and didn't use any protection and you are born. What you are born with they didn't prefer or disprefer.
Brown eyes or blue. Red hair or brown. Tall or short. Beautiful or plain.
NONE OF THAT IS A PREFERENCE.
Still the lame amy dame thinks you can prefer to be other than what you are sex wise. And this is judge who is going to be a powerful justice? And she doesn't even know the basics about sexual preference?
