Do you read or write romance novels?

I'm watching a movie about writers who read and/or write romance novels. The movie is called, appropriately, "Love Between the Covers". I have never thought of writing a romance novel, but it looks like there are many readers of this kind of books. They sell more books than any other genre in bookstores. Wow!

    I write a lot. I write about music, art, history, physics, math, grography, mythology. I have written about religion and journals. I should count the notebooks I have filled up with writing. Probably around 200. First I thought I was going to be a writer, then I changed to art. Still, I keep writing!

    I don't have the patience for writing and no solid ideas what I would write about. I find I am slowly losing interest in most things other than observing nature and Her changes throughout the years.

    Total garbage.   Just like daytime  Soap Operas.   Hate them. 

    I read Cermony of the Innocent because Stevie Nicks said it was her favorite book or something. GOD DID IT SUCK.

    Neither.  I have read many books where romance was part of the story but I don't buy Harlequins which is what I think you mean.  I've read a few Danielle Steele books which are romancy along with the main story.  My MIL never stopped buying the Harlequin romances.
