I USED to believe people could be so much better than they are. I no longer do. People are as good as they will ever be. Why?

I expect it's because they have no interest in it. They like the person they are. They believe they ALREADY ARE EXCEPTIONAL. Why fix what ain't broke? So they don't even think about it. SIGH.
