    Not according to the intelligence agencies.   

    So you are telling me that this computer repair guy.....knew years ago that this computer would be needed because Creepy Uncle Joe might be running for President....LOL

    He has invoices signed by Hunter from years ago for the CPU.  

    Hunter's former business partner is in jail and currently is singing to the media as well.  He is not happy about Hunter and Archer letting him take the fall.
