I think it's a logical assumption. Those who are moral honorable just will make decisions that are likewise. RIGHT?

If the decisionmaker decider is immoral unjust duplicitous cruel corrupt those decisions will likewise be that.

So how do we make certain people to whom we give that power are moral just truthful?
