A very sharp Mug friend pointed something out that escaped my notice completely. Are you as sharp as he is?

When the dumb cluck duck brags that "I have done more for blacks than any other president with the possible exception of Abraham Lincoln" the duck doesn't say more WHAT? Good or bad? Leaving himself a lot of wiggle room. Sigh.
