I think it is a very queerly peculiarly HORRENDOUS oversight by someone in the long ago who decided to set up a SCOTUS without any regard to the quality or history or track record or potential. Anything is qualified. On the other hand it was not an oversight at all. IT WAS DELIBERATE. NO ONE COULD BE THAT STUPID. WE ARE STUCK WITH IT.
It is what it is. Don't blame me. I didn't set it up that way.
