I seriously doubt that Trump had the virus. I think it was a ploy for him to be able to say, "See, I had it and it was no big deal. Three days and I was better than new so don't worry about Covid." Trump lies about everything, so why would I believe him when he said he had the virus?
Well, take a look at how many in Trump's administration lie and it won't seem so surprising. I don't put anything past Trump. He will do/say anything to further his own cause.
