    The two girls that just got arrested were scaring and chasing some younger girls.  They were charged with disorderly conduct.

    I guess it would be safe to say not to don a clown costume and go attacking young children or teens.  (or anyone for that matter)

  • According to news apparently they set up a hotline for people offended by costumes this year so probably all of them would offend someone I'm sure. For this reason alone I may go dressed as an overly sensitive psychotic college student this year (I'm serious.)
