He could have rescinded the electon entirely. Declared he'd won it anyway though there was none to win and move on with his second term.
His billybarfbarr fake AG would have legalized it. The Repubaccan senate majority would have consented to it. The supremes would have voted on it 6-3. Over and done.
But he didn't do that. So simple a 3 year old could have figured it out.
